As time moves forward, a new chapter begins. In 2025, BAIC FOTON firmly secured its leading position in the global commercial vehicle industry with outstanding results, recording an extraordinary 1,551% year-on-year increase in net profit. Annual sales exceeded 650,000 units, maintaining the company's leading position in the industry. This success is reflected not only in impressive figures, but also in BAIC FOTON's coordinated progress across three key areas: deeper expansion into global markets, breakthroughs in product and technology innovation, and the continued strengthening of its brand ecosystem.
This year, we deepened our global presence and strengthened our local foundations. BAIC FOTON's globalisation strategy underwent a transformative upgrade, shifting from “product export” to “ecosystem export”. Overseas sales reached a steady 164,500 units, while our international footprint continued to expand. Particularly significant milestones were achieved in localised operations: the 2,000th heavy-duty truck rolled off the production line in Thailand; the first AMT heavy-duty truck and CKD pickup were launched at our plant in South Africa; and, most significantly, the completion and start of production at our plant in Brazil – marked by the rollout of our 12 millionth vehicle globally – established our first localised manufacturing base in South America, opening a new chapter in our international expansion. From signing a memorandum for a localised production facility in Saudi Arabia to large-scale product deliveries across Latin America and Africa, we are becoming increasingly integrated into the global value chain, enabling the BAIC FOTON brand to establish strong roots and continue growing worldwide.
This year, innovation drove our progress and strengthened our product leadership. Breakthroughs in new-energy technologies became the strongest engine of our growth. Annual sales of new-energy vehicles exceeded 101,200 units, representing a year-on-year increase of 87.21% – far ahead of the industry average and leading the global transition towards greener commercial mobility. From fully electric buses that set a record for the largest single order for a Chinese brand in Africa to new-energy heavy-duty trucks delivered to leading mining companies in Southeast Asia, our green solutions now serve a wide range of applications around the world. At the same time, our move towards the premium segment and intelligent innovation delivered outstanding results. The all-new intelligent GALAXUS heavy-duty truck completed its “Global Expedition” and was successfully launched in the Americas. The TUNLAND V series hybrid pickup entered premium markets in Europe and Australia. Meanwhile, total heavy-duty truck sales increased by 103.6% year on year, confirming our comprehensive leadership across both traditional and emerging segments.

Every achievement reflects our steadfast commitment to our original mission and promises, while every breakthrough lays a solid foundation for the next major journey ahead.
